
Ingredients:
- green
- multi, color bell pepper ( red, yellow, orange)
- Onion
- smoke turkey
Instructions:
Pre-clean all greens rather garden or store bought
You will need a large pot big enough to hold the amount you are making, multi, color bell pepper (red, yellow orange, onion clean and chopped, smoke turkey of your choice and if you don’t want meat omit it.
Put turkey in a pot covered with water, let boil till tender. Then remove the turkey from the pot and the juice that is left add greens and onions. Let cook until tender, add pulled and chopped turkey with colored bell peppers. Stir together, add season and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, add more water if needed.
For no meat just add the green with water and stir in the onions. Let cook on medium to high till tender then add colored bell peppers turn down to simmer and add seasoning to desired taste.
You may eat and enjoy a very healthy dish full of nutrients.
